Tibor P. Nagy, Jr. who is the Assistant Secretary for African Affairs at the U.S. Department of State will be in Houston and will be the speaker at the Rotary Club of Bellaire on April 11th from 12 to 1:30pm. This will be a district event and all clubs are invited to participate.
